Head Coach

Coach Dillon (the brains of the operation) has many years of coaching, training and mentoring children. He has a positive impact on many children's lives and never fails to make them laugh as he has a brilliant rapport with the children he works with.

Fun Fact: Coach Dillon is good friends with Arsenal's mascot - Gunnersaurus!

Coach Brandon is another experienced coach who works with Arsenal Community and their Pre-Academy footballers. The children at camp love it when Coach Brandon sets up mini football tournaments  and they always want to be on his team!

 

Fun Fact: Coach Brandon has played football in three different countries!

Assistant Head Coach

Coach Alisha is the brains behind our main activities at Blanco; being a mother of two herself, she has a great connection with the children, knowing what they would enjoy, and she always likes to bring new ideas of fun to create a diverse range of activities at all our holiday camps, so they are not just based around sports, where she leaves that side of things to her brothers.​

Assistant Head Coach

Coach Christina has to be our social media queen; she loves to take pictures and videos of everything that's going on, whether that's at our holiday camps, Saturday football, or any birthday parties that we do. She has a connection with both the children and the parents that makes everyone feel comfortable around her, and she never gets bored of a good old ching wag, lol. She's also a mother of one, and just like her sister, Coach Alisha, she knows what the kids like.

Assistant Coach

 

Coach Christine is the mummy bear of them all and by far the most experienced when it comes to looking after children after raising five of her own. She's very fun and kind and has the patience of a saint. All the children love to be around her as she's somewhat like a mummy to them, and like all the other coaches, she treats the children like her own. Well, after all, it's a family unit, so ensuring the children feel safe and happy in their environment is one of our main focuses, as much as having fun.
